New Small Paintings

Rejuvenate

Roaming

"Roaming" is my newest Colorado abstract landscape and first landscape of 2020. It represents some of  Sawatch mountain range very near where I live. Original acrylic painting on canvas 18" x 24". It is available on my Etsy and at Bork and Watkins Gallery in downtown Salida 149 1st Street.

Moving Tower

Above is my new painting "Moving Tower" for my show "Mind Travels". It is 30" x 20" acrylic on canvas.

"Bliss"

This is my new landscape painting called "Bliss" which is on a 30" x 30" canvas. This is based on the Steamboat Springs area in Colorado. This painting is available here in my Etsy or Bork and Watkins Gallery on 1st street in Salida, Colorado. 

"Southwest"

I did a new large landscape painting called "Southwest" celebrating mountains and high deserts in south central Colorado. This painting is 30" x 30" acrylic on canvas. This painting is available here in my Etsy shop or at my gallery.

The Mother

Next new painting going to Kasum Contemporary is called "The Mother". It is 24" x 24" acrylic on canvas.

Mountain Goats Window

This is my other mountain goats reverse window painting. My window paintings are two layered: one painting on a reclaimed window and another painting on a back wood panel. This make a interesting three dimensional effect. This unique piece is now available on Etsy.

New Window Paintings

These bighorn sheep and mountain goats are my newest upcycled reverse window two layered paintings. They are only available at Carl Bork and Karen Watkins Studio Gallery in Salida Colorado.

Chase

This is my new painting on canvas called "Chase". It is a 24" x 30" acrylic. In this painting I added some abstract elements in the background to give it some movement and energy.

New Window

This is my new upcycled reverse acrylic painting window called "Foxes and Apples". It has a painting on the back panel for a 3D effect. My window paintings are only available at our space Carl Bork and Karen Watkins Studio/Gallery.

"Friends of Ghosts and Animals"

This new painting is the first of my series that I am loosely calling "Anarchy Girls". This one is called "Friends with Ghosts and Animals". It is 1' x 1' acrylic painting on wood panel. It is not available for sale yet.

Pet Commission

This is a pet commission piece I did for a nice couple of their two dogs called "Roxy, Monty, and New Friends". It is an acrylic painting on a 24" x 30" canvas. If you would like for me to do a commission of your pet please contact me at karenmwatkins@hotmail.com. Happy 2015!

The White Cat and The Gnome People

This is my new acrylic painting "The White Cat and The Gnome People" on canvas. It is 30" x 24". If you look closely you can see homes of the gnomes and one of the gnome people in the trees. The painting is available here in my Etsy shop.
