Solo show at Tee and Cakes


I am having a solo show at Tee and Cakes this November 6th at Tee and Cakes in Boulder, Colorado. Tee and Cakes is a great cupcake bakery with other bakery goods, organic coffee, and apparel. You can see my show on the events page here (and yes I know about the name).

Sunday Feature: Louis Watkins (My Dad)

This week's Sunday Feature is my Dad Louis Watkins who lives in Martinsville in Central Indiana and is a semi retired art teacher. These paintings are mostly his latest works which are abstract and painted with acrylic. He also does representational and surrealism paintings and also wood work reliefs.

Colorado Aspens in the Fall

This time of year the aspen trees in the Colorado mountains start to change to bright autumn colors. Carl and I decided to go to Golden State Park. Carl painted this painting which you can see on his blog the blogged palette.




These logs and plow are the remains of a failed ranch that used to be here.
